The Action Democratic Party (ADP) candidate for the House of Representatives for Ijebu North, Ijebu East, Ogun Waterside federal constituency, Dr. Olufemi Tajudeen Sanni, has felicitated with Christians in Ogun State and Nigeria at large for witnessing another Christmas, urging them to continue to live peacefully in love and harmony with one another and with adherents of other religions.

Dr Sanni, in his Christmas message, emphasized that showing love and care to one another as exemplified by Jesus Christ when he fed 5,000 people with two loaves of bread and seven fishes would fulfill the importance of the Christmas celebration.

While felicitating with the Christians, Sanni urged Christians to seize the opportunity of the festival to demonstrate the essence of unity among the various ethnic groups in the country.

As we celebrate the Christmas, may the love, joy, blessings and grace the birth of the Messiah bestows on mankind usher us into a life more abundant for the good people of Ijebu north, Ijebu east and Ogun waterside federal constituency, Ogun State and Nigeria”

He therefore enjoined Christians across the country to share their resources with the less privileged in their community during Christmas as reaching out to the people.

He charged the good people of Ogun State to always devote their time to pray and appreciate God for sparing their life to witness the yuletide season.

“May the reason for the seasons not be lost on us. I am wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, may the joy of Te season fill our hearts and may our common aspirations for better government see us to victory”

He therefore wished them merry Christmas, hoping the new year brings good governance.
