The chairmanship aspirant for Abeokuta South Local Government area of Ogun State, Hon. Mustapha Kadaolu Olajide, popularly known as MKO, has vowed that he will run an open policy in Abeokuta South if elected.

Hon. MKO who is also the chairman of councillors in Ogun state maintained that he will perform well than any aspirants based on his experiences in politics.

Hon MKO disclosed this over the weekend while addressing ward members at ward 4, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The chairmanship aspirant who was welcomed by large turn- out of people of Abeokuta south promised to ensure inclusiveness throughout his administration.

He said, ”We have been tested and there are records. I served as a Councillor, Leader of the house in Abeokuta south, and also as the Chairman of all councillors in Ogun State. During all this time I was accessible and we did all in our capacity to deliver more than expectations”

Recall that Hon. MKO represented Ward 9 as a Councillor in the last dispensation in the Abeokuta South Local Government. He has however decided to go back to where he rightly belongs and run for the chairmanship office for Abeokuta South Local Government.

Present at the event were executives of the party from Ward 9, according to them, they claimed they followed him down to ward 4 to show that he is indeed a man of Integrity and as much as they didn’t want to let him go, they had to face the reality that he has to return home.

Others Present were Party local Government executives, Zonal Coordinators and other Ward executives across the wards in Abeokuta South.

He also advised people to explore all opportunities given by His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun as there would be even distribution of the dividend of Democracy across the state.
